D.E. Duffey COVID–19 Safety Measures

The COVID–19 pandemic continues to be a very serious and evolving situation.  As a locally owned and operated business, we want to assure you that we take the health and safety of our customers, team members, and community very seriously. We continue to stay informed and are following the advice of the CDC and the PA Department of Health and have continued to tighten our operating guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of our customers and team members. D.E. Duffey is an essential business, and we are here for you.

Fuel Delivery: Home heating fuel deliveries will continue to operate as usual with our delivery team taking great precautions for health and safety.

Service Appointments and Installations: We are offering service, maintenance and installation estimates and appointments at this time. For home emergency service, our technicians will be here 24/7. We will continue to be in communication with customers in advance of any service appointment to review safety precautions at the home.

While we are at your home:

• Our Team Members will be practicing safe, social distancing and, as much as we would prefer to shake your hand, we will forgo that for now and will be keeping our interaction with you at a minimum.
• Our Team Members have been encouraged to wash their hands frequently and thoroughly with soap and water and will be using hand sanitizer as well.
• Our Team Members will be wearing booties, gloves and masks.

D.E. Duffey greatly appreciates all of its customers and we certainly appreciate your understanding of these measures as we work through this situation with the rest of America. In our 120 year history, we have faced many unforeseen obstacles and have persevered by following our mission of keeping our friends and neighbors comfortable through our industry-leading, customer service-first culture. We will continue to be here for our customers, team members and community to provide support.
