Job Summary:

DE Duffey & Sons, a family-owned home heating oil and HVAC business in Conshohocken, PA is seeking a positive, goal-oriented customer care/inside sales representative, with above average sales skills and exceptional ability to close sales over the phone. Candidate must possess excellent customer service, communication, listening, time-management skills, and be a team player. Responsibilities will include handling incoming calls and making outbound calls to acquire, retain, and upsell customers and prospects. Additionally, candidate must know how to use Microsoft Word and Excel. Multi-tasking is a must! Company offers a competitive salary – plus commissions and bonus, full benefits and contribution to 401K plan.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Telephone:

• Field incoming calls from current customers and prospects
• Perform customer service duties to maintain superior level of customer satisfaction
• Make outbound calls to targeted groups to acquire new customers and retain existing ones
• Achieve company goals for sales and retention

Additional responsibilities as needed:

• Schedule service calls and fuel deliveries
• Work with other departments to resolve any customer issues
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks

Responsibilities and Requirements :

The HVAC Service Technician shall be responsible for performing maintenance, diagnostic testing, installation and repairs on a variety of HVAC systems including Gas fired heating, hot water systems, air conditioning systems and heat pumps to name a few. Additionally the qualified individual should also be willing to assist and learn all aspects of equipment installation across the D.E. Duffey range of product offerings. The technician shall:

• Maintain outstanding customer service at all times
• Ensure the consistency and quality of each task performed
• Perform HVAC service calls and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Perform all aspects of HVAC equipment repairs by using various types of testing equipment
• Be responsible for the cleanliness of the area where work is performed
• Clearly communicate details of the service call to each customer
• Neatly and completely fill out service paperwork
• Other duties as assigned
