Budget Pay Program
D.E. Duffey’s Budget Pay Program is the easiest and most convenient way for you to pay for your home heating oil. This plan allows you to spread your payments out over 12-months, even though you use most of your heating oil in just six. This makes your payments more predictable and helps avoid steep spikes during the times you are using the most.
D.E. Duffey uses an average of the last two years of your heating costs and divides it into 12 equal amounts to estimate your payments. You will be able to make this one low payment each month rather than paying for your heating oil after each delivery regardless of how many deliveries you get in a single month. Then, we will review your account on a periodic basis and make any necessary adjustments to your payment amount, up or down. If you have a credit balance at the end of the year, you will receive a check for that amount, or you can apply it to next season’s fuel.
Automatic Payment Program
We also give you the option of making automatic payments through our FREE Electronic Funds Transfer service, or we can automatically charge your credit card each month, with or without being on the budget plan. This means one less thing for you to have to worry about so you can focus on the things you need to most, saving you time and hassle. What’s more is that there is no cost to enroll, and signing up is easy and FREE.
In addition, you can even combine all your Duffey’s expenses in your budget pay plan and/or your auto pay plan including:
- Service plan costs
- Equipment financing costs
- Fuel costs
